INTRODUCING VAN ETTEN TALENT
What a lovely mid-August week! Just like last week, tons of NYFW prep for us. Some very exciting pop-ups, projects and events in the pipeline!
Excited to share that we are now representing both ställe studios and Elix Wellness as we continue to build out our hospitality offering (VAN ETTEN WELLNESS CLUB loading…).
This morning we also announced our VAN ETTEN TALENT division, a new aspect of the business that has grown really organically over the past two months. We are so proud to represent industry leaders across the fashion, beauty and lifestyle industries and I felt this was the perfect way to showcase our incredible talent. TEAM HIGHLIGHT
Excited to spotlight amazing Sarah this week - she’s our VIP + PR Assistant. Sarah started with us as an intern but has been so amazing, we had to make her a permanent addition to the VAN ETTEN team. Sarah is from Miami, FL and is incredibly passionate about PR. She loves fashion styling, trying new restaurants, and all things wellness.
This week she’s taking us through her NYC favs and has curated a few edits that she’s shopping. She also had the idea for each VAN ETTEN edit to include “What’s In Our Carts” — this felt exceptionally on brand so you can expect those edits moving forwards. xx
CLIENT HIGHLIGHT
VAN ETTEN TALENT has slowly and organically been growing for the past few months. What initially began as friends approaching me asking for a favor here and there, has turned into an incredible community of industry leaders, creatives and talent under our PR umbrella. It just felt right to turn this into it’s own section of the business. It’s always the best feeling to hear from editors and brands asking to work with our community (it quite literally makes my day) and I cannot wait to see where we take this group.
Creative partnerships have been such a fun aspect of our growing business — our stylists work with our creators, our brands collaborate with each other (VERY exciting things coming here), we work on podcast swaps, and we literally all hang out outside of work. It’s become one of the most fulfilling aspects of what we’re doing. I absolutely love building a community of amazing, talented and kind people — the launch of VAN ETTEN TALENT is only the beginning.

NEW YORK CITY HIGHLIGHT
Sarah here! This is my last weekend in the city before heading back to Miami for a couple of weeks, so I have to stop by all my favorite places before leaving. My Friday plans consist of grabbing a quick bite and some fresh baked goods from Rigor Hill Market — get the turkey sandwich and thank me later — while enjoying the lovely outdoor seating. I’ll be stopping into some stores for last-minute shopping — Tibi, The RealReal, and Nili Lotan have been my go-to’s for summer essentials.
Friday night means date night, and this week my boyfriend and I chose our favorite spot… Minetta Tavern! It has the perfect vibe and delicious French dishes — we recommended the truffle risotto and the Black Label burger.
I’ll be booking my Saturday and Sunday full with the rest of my favorite NYC spots —
C.O Bigelow — In need of a beauty restock and C.O Bigelow has endless, and I mean endless, options for your self-care wishes.
Comedy Cellar — The perfect plan for a girls night or a date night!
TERA — Unfortunately, I won’t have TERA pilates in Miami (hint hint Georgia) so I definitely have to stop in for a final burn.
Proenza Schouler — Proenza just launched their FW24 collection and obsessed is an understatement. The textures, dresses, and knits absolutely stunning! Ever since the FW24 collection was shown on the runway last season, I have been eyeing this dramatic turtleneck scarf. This knit skirt might become my new staple for the colder months as well.
The MET — It’s basic I KNOW but I had to stop by the Sleeping Beauties exhibit to see it for myself! Such an inspiring experience! And after, windowing shopping on Park Ave and stopping by Bemelman’s Bar is my perfect Sunday evening.

Minetta Tavern — A classic spot with the coolest vibe and the best burger in NYC.
Rigor Hill Market — The cutest neighborhood market for sandwiches, salads, coffee, or fresh baked goods! Located in the heart of Tribeca, their outdoor seating is perfect for people-watching.
Sartiano’s — Last night, we had a VAN ETTEN Team dinner and of course, had to go to Sartiano’s. The meatballs and focaccia are a must-order!
